Selvaraj Manickam began his journey in consumer electronics as a branch manager at Samsung India Electronics for Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh.

The founder
Selvaraj Manickam
Fifty-six years old, thirty-two of them in consumer electronics. He started on the manufacturer's side and moved to the shop floor because he wanted to be the person the customer comes back to.
1994–2003
Branch Manager, Samsung India Electronics
Responsible for Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh. Nine years learning how appliances are built, distributed and serviced at scale.

The first showroom opens
A move from the corporate side to retail, starting a chain of electronics showrooms in Coimbatore.

Before you visit
Questions we are asked most.
Our own team handles delivery and installation for appliances bought from us. We tell you the installation charge, if any, before you pay — it is never added afterwards.
Yes. Card EMI and bank finance are available in the showroom, along with running card offers. Bring the card and an ID and we will work out the monthly figure with you.
In most cases, yes. The value depends on the model, age and working condition. Send us a photo on WhatsApp and we will give you an indicative figure before you come in.
Call us on the same number you bought from. We coordinate the manufacturer warranty claim and follow up with the service engineer, so you are not chasing a call centre.
We can narrow it down on WhatsApp — tell us the room size, family size and budget. For anything larger than a small appliance we still recommend seeing it working before you buy.
Appliances are the main business. We also handle health supplements, real estate and financial planning for the same community — ask at the counter or mention it in your enquiry.
